Aspen Wave Strategies guides organizations in developing plans, identifying priorities and focusing goals that will provide a roadmap for where they want to go. We help organizations better understand and define their position and create the path to have the greatest impact. We work closely with clients to:
Review current programs and services and new opportunities for impact
Facilitate planning processes that result in comprehensive, actionable strategic and operational plans
Explore ways to build and cultivate meaningful relationships between funders, donors and nonprofits
Develop and build strong grantmaking and partnership strategies
Strengthen organizational governance, working closely with leadership teams and boards of directors
Identify opportunities to diversify funding streams and appeal to new donor audiences
Generate recommendations to assure that development plans and grant applications include critical details relevant to funders
